Privacy Policy

Grand Canyon Printing (“we”, “us”) sells custom-printed products at grandcanyonprint.com. Orders are printed and shipped within the United States. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Order history and the products you buy
  • Artwork and files you upload for printing
  • Account password, if you create an account

We also store a shopping cart and session cookies so checkout works. If analytics is enabled for this site, we may collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type).

We do not collect Social Security numbers, and we do not store full payment card numbers.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, which receives the information needed to charge your order and to meet fraud and tax obligations. We never see your full card number.

How we use information

We use this information to produce and ship orders, send order and account email, provide customer support, and improve the store. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Our payment provider, to process payment
  • Print production and shipping partners, to make and deliver your order
  • Service providers who host this site or send email on our behalf

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Artwork files

Files you upload are used to produce your order and are retained so we can reprint if there is a production issue. Email hello@grandcanyonprint.com to request deletion of stored artwork after your order is complete.

How long we keep it

Order and account records are kept as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle reprints or support questions, and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to close an account by emailing hello@grandcanyonprint.com.

Your choices

You can update your account profile and addresses after you sign in. To request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion (except records we must keep), email hello@grandcanyonprint.com.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
