Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of grandcanyonprint.com and any order you place with Grand Canyon Printing. Products are printed and shipped within the United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

The store

Grand Canyon Printing sells custom-printed products — business cards, flyers, banners, stickers, and more. Product specs, options, and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address using the destination state’s rate.

We may correct pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel an order if something is clearly wrong.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for the artwork and content you submit for printing, and you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. Please review your files and any on-screen proof carefully — color, trim, and bleed follow the specifications shown on the product page. We print what is approved and are not responsible for typos, low-resolution files, or design errors in submitted artwork.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Because products are custom-made to your order, production begins after payment and approved artwork.

Turnaround and shipping

Turnaround times shown on each product are estimates for production and do not include shipping transit time. We ship within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it was damaged in transit.

Returns

Custom-printed products are made specifically for you, so they generally cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email hello@grandcanyonprint.com with your order number and photos and we will reprint or refund that line. Otherwise, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

Intellectual property

Text, imagery, and branding on this site belong to Grand Canyon Printing or our licensors. Placing an order does not transfer any rights in our site content to you.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for the password and for activity on the account. We may close an account that is used to abuse the store.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grand Canyon Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
